Obama tax hikes

Here is a list of some of the coming tax increases (disguised as “hope and change”):

–Raise the top two income tax rates for individuals, from 33 percent and 35 percent, to 36 percent and 39.6 percent, respectively. Unless Congress intervenes, those rates will rise next Jan. 1 when Bush’s tax cuts expire. That government would reap $365 billion over the next decade.
 
–Limit the itemized tax deductions high earners can claim for charitable donations, mortgage interest and state and local taxes, raising about $210 billion for the next decade.
 
–Increase the top capital gains tax rate from 15 percent to 20 percent for families making more than $250,000 a year and individuals making more than $200,000. The proposal would raise about $105 billion.
–Impose a “financial crisis responsibility fee” on large financial institutions, raising $90 billion over the next decade.
 
–Restrict the ability of international companies to defer taxes on profits made overseas, raising about $26 billion over the next decade.
 
–Impose a total of about $39 billion in tax increases on oil, gas and coal companies over the next decade.
 
–Change the way profits made by investment fund managers are taxed, raising an additional $24 billion over the next decade.

Obviously, we aren’t paying enough in taxes.  I call for an immediate tax increase on those making 100,000 or more!  Secondly, I would recommend that we have 100% tax of all income over $250,000.   Let’s be honest, no one needs more than $250,000 a year. 

This is the only fiscally responsibility thing to do-we must get control of this budget and the government has to have the money.  Let’s call it “shared sacrifice” or “it takes a village”, but we must come together and make sure we don’t have to suffer through draconian cuts!  I know it will be tough, but just think of all those benefits that we get from federal government and those “created” jobs!

Is so easy and gutless being a liberal…..but it kind of felt good!

Obama is no Jefferson…

How many times have you heard Obama use the word “funding” or “invest”?  He actually thinks he can “fund” jobs or “invest” to make jobs (as stated in his SOTU show.)  But now is his concerned about spending, so much so, he will enact a freeze!

A closer look at this diet reveals that the freeze would apply to a budget that enjoyed a 20 percent increase in 2009, courtesy of the Democrats’ largesse. Under the guise of “tacking to the center” in the wake of his trip to the woodshed in the Massachusetts election, the president’s proposal would actually lock in a sizable spending increase during those years, as opposed to a real freeze. (No wonder Republicans burst out laughing during the SOTU.)

Furthermore, while the plan claims savings of roughly $250 billion over the next decade, the freeze applies only to non-defense-related discretionary spending, or roughly 17 percent of the total federal budget. Even at that, however, the cap is by no means across the board. Education and job creation initiatives would receive increases, because everyone knows government creates jobs, and education … well, as long as we keep throwing more money at it, it’ll get better, right?

Feel better?  Me either!

Apartment residents told to take down U.S. flags..AND..UNH student’s flag display is forbidden

Two wonderful, uplifting stories about those who hate our country!

FIRST:

1. But to Oaks Apartment management, Clausen said, the American flag symbolizes problems.
   
2. White said management told her that “someone might get offended.”
3. Resident we talked to who had been approached to take down their flags all told us the same thing: that management told them the flags could be offensive because they live in a diverse community.
   

All this is happening at an apartment complex in Oregon! The Management are obviously Obama supports who don’t like our country or don’t think it is exceptional!  I can not stand this fools!  Enjoying the very freedom and protections of the greatest country on the planet yet trash it every chance they get!  It wouldn’t be so bad if it was just one idiot running an apartment complex in Oregon, but these guys are now running our country!

They certainly wouldn’t understand “Patriot Radio” or the sacrifice of our great troops for this country!  They feel better apologizing for it and trashing it..opps…I forgot…that was before Obama changed our country!

This from the group that would rather make a pledge to the earth instead of the Flag!

Another Crazy Obama Czar

I tell my kids that people will judge you by the people you surround yourself with!  It says a lot about your character and the things that are important to you.  My kids are still fairly young and still have a hard time grasping the concept, but adults should understand completely!

This is why the Czars in Obama Adminstration are so important.  It speaks to who he really is and his character!

Cass Sunstein is one of these flakes!  In his 2004 book “The Second Bill of Rights” he openly argues for bringing socialism to the U.S. and even lends support to communism.

But he goes on to state that the reason we don’t have Socialism is because America is racists!

“The absence of a European-style social welfare state is certainly connected with the widespread perception among the white majority that the relevant programs would disproportionately benefit African Americans (and more recently Hispanics)..”

The U.S. should move in the direction of socialism but the country’s “white majority” opposes welfare since such programs largely would benefit minorities, especially blacks and Hispanics, argued President Obama’s newly confirmed regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein.

I forgot…I shouldn’t confuse your passion for Obama as having anything to do with facts or reason…its pure emotion!  Enjoy your “hope and change” to Socialism!

2nd Person Arrested on Voter Fraud Charges From 2008 Election
– Man turned himself in on October 7, 2009 –
 
Louisa – Today, Louisa County Commonwealth’s Attorney Tom Garrett announced that the grand jury returned a three count felony and one count misdemeanor indictment for Bernard Lewis Pace, 63, of Louisa charging him with voter fraud in connection with the 2008 presidential election.  The investigation continues and more indictments against others are expected. 
 
Garrett said “we take any allegations very seriously. We are reviewing the evidence further to determine whether other charges against organizations who solicited the registration of the banned voters are appropriate.”
 
This is the second in two weeks!  We talked about the first one here!  I am going to go out on a limb here…way out….and guess that more are coming!

I wonder who these “lying voters” punched the card for?

Obama’s Science Advisor

You can tell a lot about a man by the company he keeps!  At least that is how most people do it.  Unless your a liberal, loon that over looks Obama’s radical connections (of course, to some these people aren’t radical)!  Or, perhaps, Obama didn’t know he held these views? 🙂

Obama’s science advisor is one of these radicals!  He has claimed that trees should be able to sue and America should de-develop, in fact, zero growth!  But he didn’t end there, he says that a newborn child “will ultimately develop into a human being” if he or she is properly fed and socialized.

Organizing for America?

Organizing… Isn’t this a Union term? This is what “Unions” do to businesses and it’s never good for business… Isn’t this the same thing? If we become part of the Obama Union, we will all pay substantial dues and we will all get the same thing… and only the same thing. American Dream? In this Obama Union, there is no room for the American Dream, just the American Nightmare. How can you be all that you can be when you have to hand over the fruits of your labor to all of those who don’t want to be all that they can be? Is this America? Would you have ever believed you would live to see this day where every nation in the world is laughing at America and the President is spending money daily in the billions in hopes that maybe our economy will be brought back to life single handedly by his efforts? Let’s NOT Organize for this Liberal Government’s idea of what America should be… Let’s Organize to save the United States of America from the people in power in Congress, in local, state and federal government. In every future election, let’s take back our America and let’s organize to make sure we never lose control of it again…

Can I answer that?  Mr. Obama, it was just another example of extreme Liberal guilt about American, a refusal to recognize the good we do, an opportunity for you to show you are more concerned about offending terrorists then defeating them, another Democrat refusing to recognize the battle we are in and a demonstration that you just might be the first Muslim President!

Is diversity what made this country great?  Well Obama has come through with a stellar pick!  He searched hard and found the best Latino, female, “law-maker” he could find that fits his diversity promise!

Gitmo, again…

The president unblinkingly, methodically confronted a string of national-security decisions that have drawn criticism from the political left or right. He called the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay an inherited “mess” that “has weakened American national security” by providing a rallying cry for enemies.

Our President calls Gitmo a “mess” and “weakened American national security”……yeah, yeah, yeah……

Do we have to go through this again?  Gitmo is Disneyland! Yet Obama, with his huge liberal guilt, thinks that it causes terrorism, we are the bad guys, and we bully the rest of the world.  Cry me a river…PUKE!

Obama’s three executive orders sought to show that the United States does not torture and abides by domestic and international laws governing the treatment of detainees.

“The message that we are sending the world is that the United States intends to prosecute the ongoing struggle against violence and terrorism,” the president said. “And we are going to do so vigilantly, and we are going to do so effectively, and we are going to do so in a manner that is consistent with our values and our ideals.”

What message will this send the world?  What message will this send the bad guys?  You know…terrorists? Islamofacists?  You tell me!

We are going to shred this entire idea tomorrow morning at 7:30.  Don’t miss this!  You will see that Gitmo is far from a place of torture!
